Business Process Re-engineering

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is the strategic analysis and design of workflows and business processes within and between organizations. It also includes the planning and implementation of improved business processes. A business process is a set of logically related tasks performed to achieve a defined business outcome.

We will facilitate workshops with your company to document your vision and redesign your processes. Basically our work is divided into three main phases as follows:

(1) Analyze Current Issues and Processes.
a. Document current processes
b. Collect forms and metrics
c. Document current issues and opportunities
(2) Redesign Improved Processes.
a. Assess best practice & benchmarking data
b. Design new processes. Options: with constraints and without constraints
c. Develop the target environment
d. Identify gaps between current processes and future processes
(3) Develop Change & Implementation Plan
a. Define changes required to address gaps
b. Consolidate into specific projects
c. Prepare implementation strategy
